Its made me really sensitive to everything I eat.
Im eating around 600 – 1200 calories a day now,which has been a really big difference to my past calorie intake which has been from 1800 – 2600 calories.
Im 14,Female,Quiet Active.
I just wonder if I should stop using the hypnosis? cause I do feel very very sensitive to all I eat..I do feel guilty.
I was wondering this. Can using subliminal/hypnosis CDs be used to improve your memory, concentration, learning capabilities, etc?
1. I’ve heard of some who go through one private session and never smoke again. I found one local therapist who does it, but at 5-8 sessions. Why would you need so many sessions?
2. Of course I want to quit smoking but the “want” is not there in my head (smokers should understand my meaning) If I am not mentally prepared, if the “want” is not there in my head, will hypnosis still be beneficial to quit smoking?
each time when I am in stress or bad mood from any reason I eat any kind of food as compensation. few month ago I lost my job and since I try to get a new one but my 55 Y.O causing failur and maks me eating and get fat.I try to controll myself but no succeeding. maybe by hypnosis.
