Extended Warranties Are Usually Worthless
An extended warranty can apply to an automobile or any other large purchase. But the truth is, they are rarely worth it. Truth be told, what they call an extended warranty is not really a warranty at all. It actually should be called a service contract. These agreements are usually tacked onto your automobile purchase or other large purchase at the time of sale. Car dealers attempt to get an extra one to 3000 dollars out of you by having you sign the service contracts and pay money up front for any repairs not covered by the product warranty.
Car Dealers try to scare you into purchasing a service contract for your peace of mind after your factory warranty expires. This is because service contract sales are a huge profit maker for a car dealer. Typically, 50% or more of the selling price goes to the dealer as the seller. However, rarely do these “Extended Warranties” provide you with the protection that you are led to believe they have and would expect.
Usually these contracts don’t cover the following:
No maintenance records. you need to be able to produce records proving that you have maintained their vehicle according to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. If you don’t have proof, you don’t get coverage.
What about wear and tear? Parts in your car that normally wear out, such as brake shoes, and gaskets, shock observers, and even belts are usually not covered. These are considered normal maintenance items and are expected to wear out as your vehicle is used. Usually, no coverage here.
Damage caused by a noncovered part. Your contract may cover the entire powertrain but if a non-covered parts such as a hose should break and this causes major engine damage, the contract will not cover the engine damage, because the hose was not covered part.
Tear Down Diagnosis? Under many service contracts, prior to servicing the car, the repair shop will require the consumer to agree to be responsible for the tear down charges if the failure is not due to a covered part. Some repair facilities will even require the consumer to pay a deposit before they will begin to diagnose the problem.
Limited repair options. You may have a hard time getting repairs on your vehicle, because the service contract limits where you can have the repairs done. The agreements sometimes severely limit who can work on your car by restricting the repairs to a certain number of places. On top of that, some service contract providers have a bad reputation in the service center won’t even honor the contract. They’ll ask you to pay for the repairs, and you have to try and get reimbursed for yourself.
Considering all these problems, chances of you actually receiving any peace of mind by using a service contract are slim. Unless of course you never actually need the contract, which is the most likely scenario. Considering the way cars are being made these days chances of you needing major repairs are pretty slim. In most situations the profits are just going into the company’s pocket and you’ll just be throwing a money away by purchasing an extended warranty.

How to Get a Your Dream Car at a Sheriffs Car Auction
If you are trying to find that good bargain deal then you should go attend a sheriffs car auction. These auctions usually provide better deals than most used car lots. The best deal for your car is probably at the auction, why not check it out?
If you are just starting off on your career then you probably don’t have enough to buy a brand new car. A brand new car will just add to your monthly problems. Even if you are living alone you don’t have all the freedoms afforded to you because of certain financial constraints right? This is the reason that you need to find great deals for everything you buy.
Being a wise consumer will certainly help you out in the long run. Think about money you can save with a simple decision as choosing a sheriffs car auction to buy your car. You can use this money to pay for your house or you can treat the missis to a well deserved break.
Every month the number of repossessed properties piles up. These include land, houses and cars. These are then auctioned off to the public at a great deal. If you are lucky or if you have done your research well then finding a great buy won’t be that hard when you’re at a sheriffs car auction. You really just need to do your research well. A few more minutes a day of searching will payout dividends in the end.
You may ask why you get a bargain at a sheriffs car auction. The simple answer would be: storage. It is expensive to keep all of these repossessed properties; so the best thing for the government to do is auction them off in order to pay for the storage and minimize the depreciation while being in storage.
The conditions of these cars are good. Some even seem brand-new with no more than a couple of months of use. These pre owned cars range in type because the people who once owned them also have diverse taste.
Monthly bills are always a problem and sometimes people just don’t have enough to make ends meet so they forego paying a few bills. This is how most of the cars got repossessed and land at the auction. Now that the cars are at the auction, you now only need to pick out the car that fits your idea of a dream car and win the bid. Be sure not to bid more than what is required to get the car.
Do you want to change your life with a good car but you just don’t have enough for a brand-new one? Then check out a sheriffs car auction for great deals, find out more on my site!

Look Online For The Best Semi Truck Financing
Semi truck financing is very different than financing for a consumer vehicle. Consumer vehicle lenders are everywhere, while it is a bit more difficult to find a semi truck financing lender. There may not be any lenders who deal in these loans near you and even if you do find a local office, you might actually pay a premium rather than getting a good deal on your loan. In this article, we’ll give you a few pointers for finding a good deal on semi truck financing.
The best semi truck financing rates can usually be found online. These rates are much more competitive than rates offered at a physical lender. Even if you choose a lender who has branch locations, online deals are usually better. They know that people who are willing to do business online are looking for the best rates, and these customers are not afraid to go with whomever has the best rate. When you look at online semi truck financing, you are not limited to the choices in your area only. You can get financing from anywhere, as long as they have great deals!
Online semi truck financing is faster and easier. Many times, the funds can be wired directly to you or the company from whom you are purchasing your truck. This makes the turnaround time so much quicker. Another great thing about online semi truck financing is that they usually have more flexible payment options. This allows you to pick the payment schedule that works best for you.
Your neighborhood bank is almost never the right choice for semi truck financing. Even if your bank does offer this sort of loan, they likely have little understanding of semi truck financing. They won’t have any incentive to be competitive in their rates, since they aren’t in the field of semi truck financing. An online lender can do much better for your loan in this case.
The place you buy your truck from will also very likely offer financing, but this is not the best idea for your semi truck financing. They will usually charge high rates; the dealership will give you few options to choose from, since they generally have a deal with a small number of lenders. This means less favorable rates for your loan. These setups are good for the dealership, but not for you.
Finding good semi truck financing is very important to your success. If you get a good rate, your payments will be affordable, and will make it easier for you to make your payments. Getting your semi truck financing online is the best bet for getting the best deal possible.

Water4Gas Scam Challenge - Is It Another HHO Generator Scam?
“See your car’s mileage double or tripe-up while your fuel expenses crash down when you use water as your fuel.”
“You’ve got to be kidding me!” you might exclaim.
And I must admit I was thinking of the same thing when I visited at Water4Gas’ site.
And to add to these outrageous-sounding claims, they’re saying than using water for gas is a notch or two ahead of the best gas savers around including hydrogen stored in tanks.
Not to mention they’re claiming that with the HHO generators you’ll be creating with the Water4Gas manual, your car will soon be powered with hydrogen on-demandmeaning it’s supplied only when you need it.
If you’ve bought a lot of stuff from the internet, I?m sure you can smell what I can smell the scent of a scam!
Think about it - there’s no way you could produce combustion out of water in its raw form. And combustion is EVERYTHING when it comes to getting your car running.
Wrap your head around it - how would an average Joe deal with stuff that gets even mechanical engineers and physicists pull their hairs off?!
Not to mention you’re NOT dealing with some ordinary technical stuffs here. It’s something even mechanical experts and engineers have a hard time pondering on!
And I hate to admit even MORE that what they’re claiming on the website was TRUE.. every bit of it!
Here’s a fact - HHO (a.k.a. Brown’s gas) is 3 times more powerful than gasoline. And the components of HHO can be found in water’s basic structure (H2O).
The power of Water4Gas as the best among the rest of the gas savers around is based on the facts mentioned above.
With the aid of the tools from your home’s toolbox, this DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kit for designing powerful HHO generators will get your car ignited with ready-to-use, highly combustible, BUT safe hydrogen.
Electrolysis of water (by using the electricity from the car’s batteries) is the key here. The HHO generator will split down water into its basic form (hydrogen and oxygen). It’s only a matter of time before the generator generates the HHO for your car.
And as for the results?
Let me give you a straightforward rundown on what I’m (and my car) enjoying now
- Whopping savings of $100 or so every month
- My car has clearer emissions (with lesser pollutants)
- It’s running smoother and quieter than before
As for the savings department, the figures keep increasing every month!
I’d say it’s worth every penny I spent on the Water4Gas manual and worth every minute spent on reading and creating the HHO generators that will serve me well for the months to come.

To the surprise of many people, the concept of vehicles powered by electricity is not a new one. Although there has been much widespread publicity in recent years about the new age of greener and more environmentally friendly vehicles powered by electricity rather than gas, the first successful electric vehicles were actually being developed nearly two hundred years ago, back in the 1830s. Robert Anderson in Scotland created a successful electric carriage capable of speeds up to 65 miles per hour, and by the 1900s electric cars were more popular than gas powered ones, and were certainly quieter, cleaner and easier to start.
Today the average person may still think of electric cars as being either a very new idea which may or may not catch on, or imagine that all electric cars are like milk floats or golf carts - rickety old vehicles which are so slow that the average child on a scooter can beat them into town. However, with cars like the Tesla Roadster overtaking a Mercedes SL550 with comfort, and leaving the poor old gas guzzling Ferrari Spider standing at the lights wondering what happened, popular opinion and understanding is changing. With a top speed of 130 miles per hour and a round trip of 250 miles easily manageable on a three hour charge, this is hardly a golf cart.
Often it is forgotten or ignored that there is another side to the use of electric vehicles to be kinder to the environment. It’s not all about the smoke and fumes that will be saved, but also the noise factor. Electric cars are almost silent, the only sound from within the sporty models being a vague impression of having a hairdryer in the boot. Noise pollution is a forgotten attribute of gas powered cars, but imagine a world of near silence. Some people have expressed concerns that with nippy little cars silently dashing about that children and the elderly may find it difficult to anticipate or seen these coming, and that road calming measures or extra noise making speaker need to be fitted.
Besides the greener conscience that road users will have through purchasing an electric vehicle, there are many other benefits and incentives on offer which help to make the whole idea of ditching a gas powered car a much easier decision. For example, if you were to purchase the popular little G-Wiz at under 5,000, you will receive a number of benefits in the UK alone. There are now over two hundred fuelling stations across the UK - so maintaining it is much easier than before, and if you drive round London you’ll benefit from free parking, itself worth 5,00 a year! There’s also no road tax to pay, and the car sits happily in the lowest insurance category, so is a far cheaper option all round.
On a larger scale, Israel has launched a new initiative called Project Better Place, and this is a focus on electric vehicles in such a grand way that it is the ultimate intention to rid Israel of its need and reliance on oil by completely abandoning the gas powered vehicles within just ten years. With half a million charging points, the country is well equipped to support electric vehicles, and with most electric cars able to achieve a 200 kilometre journey on a single charge, Israel is an ideal place to launch the scheme since this distance allows you to travel from any part of the country to any other location in Israel. The model being suggested is similar to the one used by mobile phone companies, with cars being given away free, and consumers paying for the re-charging costs through a number of alternative schemes - either by buying into a scheme that allows unlimited mileage over a certain period of time, or by using a pay-as-you-charge alternative.
As with any major change to long established consumer habits, there has to be enough demand to make the whole idea of replacing gas powered vehicles with electric ones, otherwise the finance is simply not going to be sufficient to enable change on any real scale. Most people are now aware that milk floats are not the be all and end all to such vehicles, and with films such as Minority Report showing Tom cruise tearing up the road in a sporty little electric Lexus, many people are starting to see that there are multiple advantages to the idea of switching over, and that there is no need whatever to sacrifice style for efficiency or even for the environment.
An issue that those sceptics raise concerning electric vehicles is that although eh car itself might not be giving off fumes and harming the environment by burning up fossil fuels, the energy for the batteries has to come from somewhere, and this is likely to be through the main electricity grid, itself powered through the burning of fossil fuels, so that ultimately the whole scheme simply shifts the focus away from the end consumer and back to the big industries. In fact this argument is not entirely valid, since more and more power companies are turning to renewable sources of energy, and this is likely to continue. The other argument is that of the fuel consumption ratio. Gas powered cars burn the fossil fuel in a very wasteful way, whereas electric cars use energy in a much more efficient manner. In this way, the actual amount of energy used, and therefore the amount of fossil fuel burned, is far less.
Imagine a future where we can all drive around in almost virtual silence, with no fumes, no smoke, and even if we get stuck in traffic jams or sit stationery at lights, we don’t have to worry about burning fuel unnecessarily. Some people have expressed concern that in this seemingly idyllic future the power companies would fail because at night, when we all plugged in our cars to recharge, we’d overload the grid. In fact, at night this is when the grid is used far less, and estimates have been made that if we all switched to electric cars, the power grid would be able to work at almost half the capacity it does now. Perhaps we can envisage a future where we come home, plug our car into the fuel cells charged through the day by the solar panels on our roof, and sleep with a clean, and green, conscience.
